The multifaceted nature of our operations is reflected in the variety of the employment opportunities we offer. Schneider, Konrad Bau and Schneider Bau have more than 300 employees in total. In our company, people with various qualifications and strengths work together. We gladly accept applications for internships.

Become a pioneer! Year after year, we happily take on interns (from both trade schools and academic secondary schools) as well as numerous commercial apprentices. We also offer positions for salespeople in training, for students in the Baden Württemberg Duale Hochschule programme (BWL Handwerk at the DHBW Stuttgart and Projektmanagement at the DHBW Mosbach) and for students in their practical semester.

Im Herbst organisieren wir einen Azubi-Tag, an dem alle Lehrlinge sich besser kennenlernen können.

Ein zweiter Fixpunkt der Ausbildung ist die Winterschulung. Dort werden Tipps und Tricks von Kollegen gegeben, wie der alltägliche Handgriff am Besten gelingt. Die Vorbereitung auf die Prüfungen kommt dabei nicht zu kurz.

Following an apprenticeship comes the next phase of learning for specialist technicians. Our employees teach communication, review our processes and optimise their progression. Particularly important to us the internal exchange of knowledge, which we facilitate via our working groups, our ‘B-Check Marketplace’ and our semi-annual circuit training.
